desperately craving Spring

I am really aching for some warm weather.......I want to get a pedicure, break out the flip flops and let my feet breathe!!!
My pick today is this 'first edition dress' with some great vibrant colors, it rocks!

what was the name of this dress? i saw it in store 2 weeks ago and went back to buy it and it was gone. it's also gone from the website. it never even made it to sale...please help! tigralily79@yahoo.com
